Stop the page being closed
No website or app can stop someone closing it. Apple's Guided Access can: it locks the iPhone to this page, and leaving needs your Guided Access passcode or Face ID. With Side Button and Volume Buttons turned off in Options, ordinary presses of those buttons won't lock the phone or turn the alarm down. It restricts ordinary controls; it can't block every hardware function, and a forced restart still works.
Emergency calls: while Guided Access is on, emergency calls (Emergency SOS) and Crash Detection may not be available. To call for help, end Guided Access first.
A forced restart (volume up, volume down, then hold the side button) still works on any iPhone. The page records that protection ended, and the Smart Tag is the planned answer to it.
Ending Guided Access does not disarm PocketGuard. If Face ID doesn't work and you've forgotten the Guided Access passcode, restart the iPhone (volume up, volume down, then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears); Guided Access is off after a restart.
Alarm
Alarm sound
Any audio file in Files or iCloud Drive. The iPhone's built-in ringtones aren't available to websites.

Setup, Guided Access and what each mode does.
Lock PocketGuard on screen
Without it, anyone can close this page to stop the alarm. This page can't check for you. First time? Settings › Accessibility › Guided Access, with a passcode and Face ID.
Please note: while Guided Access is on, emergency calls (Emergency SOS) and Crash Detection may not be available. To call for help, end Guided Access first (triple-click the side button and confirm). You'll only see this once.
